About the Farm

Background

Owned and operated by Darrin and Jodi Swank since 2002, the farm has become known for its diverse array of produce and strong connections with chefs in Palm Beach, Broward, Dade, and Orlando. The farm has been running a CSA program since 2008 and offers produce at the West Palm Beach Green Market.

Practices

The farm employs hydroponic and organic farming methods, growing all produce naturally without the use of fungicides, herbicides, or pesticides. This commitment to chemical-free farming ensures that their produce is as pure and healthy as possible.

The Rest

Farm tours are available by appointment, and the farm hosts SWANK TABLE, a series of farm-style events and luncheons. They are active members and advisory board participants of 'Slow Food' Glades to Coast.
