Background
Born out of economic hardship, the farm began as a city garden with old T-Bars and oil lamps, eventually evolving into a 20-acre polyculture farm featuring mature pecan trees, a mixed flock of chickens, ducks, geese, Nubian goats, and a pet rabbitry with Holland Lops and Mini-rex bunnies.
Practices
The farm focuses on honing gardening skills with Non-GMO Heirloom vegetables that are organically grown, and they are in the process of seeking organic certification.

They offer homemade jams, ranging from Caribbean Jam to Caramelized Onion, and goat milk soaps. The farm shares updates on their adventure via Facebook.
