About the Farm
Background
Sunny Crest Pastures has developed a reputation for providing nutritious and delicious products directly to consumers. The farm has expanded its offerings to include a variety of meats, fermented vegetables and drinks, raw honey, wild salmon, bone broths, oils, and Real salt. They have also established buying clubs to reach customers in Maryland, West Virginia, New York, and Long Island.
Practices
Cows are raised outdoors and brought in from pasture for once-a-day milking, resulting in a more condensed and sweeter product. Excess skim milk and whey are fed to heritage breed pigs raised on pasture. Chickens and turkeys are soy-free, fish-free, and truly pastured in mobile shelters. All meat is hand-cut at the on-farm butcher shop, where they also produce sausage, bologna, and smoked meats.

Customers can visit the farm to meet their farmer or join buying clubs such as Grassfed 270 for Maryland and West Virginia or Nourishing Long Island for New York and Long Island.
