About the Farm

Background

Brittany Lefebvre established the farm during her college years at the University of Kentucky, inspired by her teenage experience working on a local flower farm in Maryland. With a degree in horticulture, she followed her passion and started her own flower farm.

Practices

The farm builds the health of its soil using all-natural practices, avoiding herbicides and pesticides. They focus on regenerating the ecology of their land to ensure the freshest and healthiest blooms.

The Rest

The University of Kentucky Horticulture Club, run by students and faculty, operates a production greenhouse and sells a variety of plant products, including native plants, vegetable starts, and succulents. Profits fund the club's operations and educational opportunities for students, providing invaluable hands-on experience.
