About the Farm
Background
Since 2003, Spring Meadows Farm has been dedicated to raising beef, aiming to provide high-quality, locally raised meat for their customers.
Practices
The farm prioritizes humane treatment and environmental stewardship by allowing cattle to graze on high-quality green pastures for as much of the year as possible. Pigs are raised in loose housing on a straw pack, ensuring their comfort and well-being. All beef is dry-aged, flash frozen, vacuum packaged, and labeled, while pork is processed locally with customizable cuts.
The Rest
Customers can purchase beef in quantities of 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, or whole, sold by the pound of hanging weight. Pork is available by the whole or half, with many processing options available to meet customer specifications. The farm welcomes inquiries and orders via phone or email.
