South Florida Microgreens

The farm sources its seed stock from Mountain Valley Seed and has established a reputation for growing high-quality, organic microgreens.

Seeds are screened for pathogens and certified non-GMO. The farm uses heirloom, open-pollinated seeds and adheres to strict organic guidelines. Microgreens are grown in a sterile mix of peat moss and coconut fiber, without soil, and no pesticides or artificial fertilizers are used. Harvesting is conducted under sterile conditions, and the greens are packed in recyclable, airtight clamshells to maintain freshness.

A 'Fresh Sheet' is published on the farm's Facebook page, detailing available greens and harvest dates. All greens are harvested on the day of delivery. Trays of 'Live' greens are available with a two-week lead time, allowing customers to harvest as needed. Customers are encouraged to place orders early to ensure availability.
