About the Farm
Background
Founded with a mission to provide local, seasonal vegetables, the farm has grown to include a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program known as Sophia's Pantry, which operates in two 13-week seasons from mid-May to mid-August and early September to mid-November.

The farm employs small-scale intensive agriculture techniques, focusing on sustainable practices to grow a variety of local, seasonal vegetables.
The Rest
In addition to vegetables, the farm produces Use Wisely Hot Sauce and Bee Wise Hot Sauce, crafted from their own serrano peppers, cayenne peppers, and honey.
