Smyler's Farm

Located in Pensacola, Florida, the farm is operated by Bob Smyres, who has committed to using manual tools and heritage breeds of seeds.

All work on the farm is done using manual tools, eschewing tractors in favor of traditional methods. The farm focuses on diversified crops and pays special attention to natural wildlife, including pollinators, to maintain a balanced ecosystem.

The farm grows a variety of herbs such as dill, cilantro, sage, basil, peppermint, and nettles, as well as vegetables like beans, corn, squash, tomatoes, peas, and okra. Additionally, they cultivate salad greens and flowers including sunflowers, marigolds, and zinnias.
