Practices
The farm eschews the use of antibiotics, chemicals, or synthetic hormones in the feed or water provided to the turkeys. By raising the turkeys on pasture, they ensure a natural and healthy environment that enhances the quality and flavor of the meat.
The Rest
Turkeys are processed starting in early November, vacuum sealed, and frozen, with some available locally as fresh turkeys beginning November 17th. Pre-ordering is required with a $25.00 deposit.
