Sky Island Mushrooms

Sky Island Mushrooms operates under the umbrella of Integrated Health Corporation, a 501c non-profit organization. Known for their dedication to producing a variety of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms, they have established a reputation for quality and innovation in the mushroom farming industry.

Utilizing organic and no-spray local raw materials, the farm adheres to practices that surpass organic standards. They avoid the use of pesticides, herbicides, or any chemicals, and their mushrooms are sustainably produced on local agricultural by-products. The farming process consumes less water compared to traditional plant or animal farming. Additionally, their mushroom 'wastes' are repurposed as compost for gardens, illustrating a closed-loop system that benefits the environment.

The farm offers fresh, dry, and powdered mushrooms, as well as mushroom spices. They currently grow Oyster, Shiitake, Reishi, and Lion's Mane mushrooms, with plans to introduce Cordyceps and Turkey Tail varieties in the near future.
