About the Farm
Background
New Jersey's original family-owned and operated farm, known for its certified organic and grass-fed livestock, has built a reputation for providing high-quality meat products to wholesale, retail members, and restaurants.
Practices
Ruminants graze on organic pasture without grain, while free-range veal, pork, and poultry enjoy organically managed pasture and certified organic feed. Chickens are raised in portable outside pens moved daily for fresh forage rich in Omega 3 and CLAs. Processing occurs at a local, family-owned, USDA inspected, certified organic facility, ensuring humane treatment and minimal stress for the animals.
The Rest
Products are sold wholesale, retail to members, and to restaurants, with beef available in individual cuts or by sides/whole, pork by the cut or by ½ or whole hog, and chicken sold whole. Retail cuts are vacuum packed, with options for paper-wrapping sides/whole animals. Membership inquiries can be made via e-mail.
