About the Farm
Background
The farm has a rich history of participating in the IFA Year Round Farmer's Market each Saturday morning, providing fresh produce and lamb to the local community. Known for their award-winning traditional Mexican caramel sauces and goat milk products, they have built a reputation for quality and care in their offerings.
Practices
The farm employs twin hoop houses to protect their greens from harsh winds, ensuring a steady supply of fresh produce. Their lambs are custom-processed locally in Cedar City, and they prioritize humane treatment of their animals, allowing goats to nurse their young for about two months before production begins. Small batch production is a hallmark of their operation, emphasizing quality and attention to detail in every product.
The Rest
Customers can purchase a 4-visit subscription for $40, which provides $48 worth of produce or eggs, with the flexibility to use it at any market location or the farm itself. Farm tours are available by appointment, offering a closer look at their operations. They also produce soaps, paw wax, and lip balm using ingredients from their Grade A Goat Dairy and bee hives, all made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
