For ten years, Pablo Gonzales has been growing gourmet herbs in Fillmore, CA. The farm, known as Sespe Creek Organics, is a family-run operation located in Ventura County. Over the years, it has become known for its high-quality citrus fruits, including lemons, oranges, and avocados.

The farm is CCOF certified organic and Primus Global Food Safety certified. They utilize compost, cover crops, and foliar sprays to enhance plant and soil health. Beneficial insects are released regularly to manage pests, and no synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides are used. The farm picks and packs fruit to order, ensuring customers receive the freshest produce.

Sespe Creek Organics offers a wide selection of gourmet herbs such as rosemary, cilantro, basil, chives, sage, and mint. These products are available through the Growers Collaborative.
