About the Farm
Background
The families behind the farm have farmed and ranched in the Cherokee Prairie region of Northeast Oklahoma for four generations, drawing inspiration from French culinary traditions in recent years.
Practices
Cattle are fattened naturally on high-quality grasses without the use of hormones, leading low-stress lives. The beef is dry-aged to develop a rich flavor and is high in omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid.
The Rest
Cattle are processed at a USDA inspected facility in Big Cabin, Oklahoma. Individual retail cuts are available at the farm near Vinita, with options to order a half or whole beef.
