Founded in 1983 by Mark Rohlfs and his wife Patricia, this Oregon-based Christmas tree farm has been cultivating and caring for trees for over a quarter century. Mark, the main farmer and businessman, is a familiar face both on the farm and at the retail lot in Los Angeles every winter. Over the years, their daughter Natalie has taken on a significant role, eventually moving onto her own farm. The farm has a rich history of family involvement and dedication to quality.

The farm grows its Noble Fir Christmas trees on a SERF certified sustainable farm and holds certification from the Coalition of Environmentally Conscious Growers. These certifications reflect a commitment to environmentally responsible farming practices, ensuring that the land is treated with care and respect.

Santa & Sons ships fresh Christmas trees nationwide in truckload quantities directly from the Oregon farm. They also offer a tree stand exchange program, allowing long-time customers to reuse stands for over a decade. The farm maintains a blog to keep customers informed about their practices and the intricacies of Christmas tree farming.
