The farm specializes in raising pure breed heritage bred Scottish Highlanders, known for their tenderness, full flavor, low cholesterol, and low fat content. The beef is locally processed and available for purchase year-round.
Practices
The herd is raised in a natural all-pasture environment, ensuring the cattle are grass-fed. Each animal selected for harvest is humanely harvested, dry aged for 21 days, custom processed, and quick frozen to maintain flavor and freshness.
