Practices
The farm raises lambs without the use of medicated feeds, meat by-products, or added hormones, adhering to ecologically sound farming practices.
The Rest
Lamb meat is marketed at the Fayetteville Farmer's Market and directly to individuals, with options for custom cutting of wholes and halves. In 2011, they introduced lamb bratwurst, ideal for grilling at home or tailgating.
