Robert Treat Farm

Located adjacent to the historic beach community of Woodmont-on-the-Sound in Milford, Connecticut, the farm spans approximately 30 acres of rich Connecticut soil. Known for their juicy, sweet corn and tasty tomatoes, the farm has become a staple in the community, providing fresh produce and garden supplies since its inception.

Believing in the sustainability of the land, the farm employs methods that ensure healthy crops and a healthy lifestyle for both their family and the community. The proximity to Long Island Sound provides a fresh sea breeze that benefits the crops.

The Garden Center opens in April, offering a wide range of yard and garden supplies along with knowledgeable staff. As the Connecticut growing season peaks in July, the farm begins harvesting a variety of edible crops, continuing through to fall. Additionally, they sell local gourmet foods, such as Connecticut milk in glass bottles, and a selection of their own cut flowers.
