River Birch Farms

Located between Rainier and St Helens, this family-run farm has gained a reputation as one of the most respected Kinder Goat breeders in the country, known for bringing rare lines that optimize size, disease resistance, friendly demeanor, and dairy quality.

The farm maintains an established orchard and a 24x48 greenhouse that houses hundreds of transplants for their 1/3 acre garden. They also raise Romney sheep, producing a large inventory of spun wool and 'batts' for stuffing comforters and pillows.

The farm offers workshops on the first Saturday of every month and welcomes future Wwoofer interns. They also produce blue maran eggs and rare herbs, and encourage visitors to check out their Facebook page for more information.
