The farm began as a weekend getaway and evolved into a full-time farm after early retirement. Jacque's experience as a chef and farmer, along with Nancy's childhood memories and love of baking, contributed to the farm's development. The farm has grown to meet local needs and offers a variety of products including vegetables, milk, eggs, honey, fruit preserves, and baked goods.

The farm practices chemical-free farming, raising a variety of animals and producing vegetables, milk, and eggs year-round. They emphasize the importance of locally grown, chemical-free produce and encourage consumers to be mindful of their food choices. The farm also sells and ships hatching eggs, baby poultry, bunnies, and milk goats, as well as adult animals.

Visitors are welcome to pick up produce, eggs, milk, and animals by scheduling in advance. The farm participates in local farmers markets and other sales venues, and offers educational opportunities for those interested in learning about farming. Over half of their sales are made directly at the farm.
