Cattle are raised 100% of the time on pasture and adhere to the National Organic Program Standards as certified by the Certified Naturally Grown organization for small farms. The farm emphasizes organic practices, utilizing its own hay fields to feed the cattle.

The Rest

Beef is available in stock, packaged, and USDA inspected, ready for delivery or pick up. Customers can purchase beef by the cut or in bulk by the side, whole, or quarter. The farm also offers hay in small squares and 4x4 round bales, as well as wild harvested black walnuts.
