The farm has dedicated itself to raising heritage breeds of poultry, which are known for their conservation benefits and superior flavor due to a longer grow-out period. Over time, they have also incorporated various non-heritage breeds for meat and egg production.

Heritage breeds are free-ranged or housed in moveable pens called tractors, allowing them a more natural and nutritious diet. This method helps avoid the health issues common in commercial hybrid strains, such as heart and leg problems caused by rapid growth. The farm's approach contrasts with commercial practices that prioritize economic efficiency over animal welfare.

In addition to poultry, the farm produces goat milk soap, adding a unique product to their offerings.
