Pinefall Farm

Recently relocated from central North Carolina to Roane County, Tennessee, the farm has a new chapter ahead with a focus on diverse agricultural offerings.

Employing a variety of organic agriculture methods, the farm utilizes cover crops, crop rotation, and beneficial insect habitats. The selection of heirloom and regionally specific varieties ensures both biodiversity and adaptation to local conditions.

In the future, the farm will offer field-grown cut flower arrangements, specialty and heirloom vegetables such as lettuces, greens, and tomatoes, as well as log-grown oyster and shiitake mushrooms. The emphasis is on fragrance and flavor, ensuring high-quality produce and flowers.
