Practices
Adhering strictly to the Salatin method, chicks arrive at the farm one day old and are raised without hormones or antibiotics. After spending 21 days in the brooder, they are moved to pasture, ensuring they are feathered and ready for a life outdoors. This method results in a superior tasting chicken.
