Peace of Eden Farm

Known for their year-round vegetable production, the farm offers a diverse array of produce throughout the seasons. Their summer offerings include tasty tomatoes, unusual cut flowers, and a variety of fruits and vegetables, while winter brings spinach, salad greens, and carrots.

Using organic practices, the farm enriches the soil with compost and employs ecologically sound methods. Katahdin sheep, an American heritage breed, are rotationally grazed, and a mixed flock of pastured chickens provides eggs. These practices ensure the health of the land and the quality of their products.

Lamb cuts suitable for grilling and roasting are available, and the farm's products can be found at the Fort Atkinson farmers market or ordered for pickup at the farm.
