About the Farm
Background
Located in the Coachella Valley of Southern California, the farm spans 5 acres and is operated by the Adair and Paniagua families. Both families are long-time members of the United Farm Workers of America, AFL-CIO, and are dedicated to producing dates as they were grown in ancient times.
Practices
The farm grows dates without the use of artificial chemicals, poisons, pesticides, sprays, fumigants, or sulfur. The dates are sold directly from the palm without any washing, steaming, rehydrating, or other forms of processing, ensuring a completely natural fruit.
