Pastured Providence Farmstead

Founded in 2013 by Paul Dorrance, Pastured Providence Farmstead is a successful pasture-based livestock operation marketing 100% grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pastured non-GMO pork, poultry, and eggs directly to consumers in southern and central Ohio. Paul, an Air Force Reserves pilot and sustainable agriculture advocate, grew up on a small homestead in upstate New York and has since become a prominent figure in the sustainable farming community.

The farm raises heritage-breed animals without any growth hormones, antibiotics, or chemicals. Cows and sheep are 100% grass-fed and finished, while pigs, chickens, and turkeys receive a non-GMO feed sourced from a local farmer. The farm emphasizes transparency and ethical, humane, and ecologically sound farming practices.

Paul Dorrance is an author, speaker, and consultant in sustainable agriculture, contributing to Acres, U.S.A., and speaking at agricultural conferences. He is involved in various agricultural leadership roles, including the Ohio Farm Bureau's 'AgriPOWER' program and the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association.
