Jason and Melissa Webb began producing high-quality, all-natural pastured beef in Middle Tennessee, quickly selling out their stock in less than three weeks in 2005. Due to high demand, they tripled their production in 2006 and continue to offer a limited number of sides available for purchase.
Practices
The farm raises cows on pasture, adhering to the principle that cows are meant to be herbivores. They avoid feedlots and grain feeding, focusing instead on grass-fed methods that enhance the nutritional profile of the beef, making it high in riboflavin and conjugated linoleic acid while being low in trans fatty acids.
