After extensive research and hands-on experience, the farm began with Berkshire hogs and developed unique feeding and finishing methods to produce extraordinary pork and beefalo.

Practices

The farm emphasizes humane treatment, ensuring animals have ample space, companionship, and stress-free lives. Their beefalo are grass-fed and finished with dried local olive oil lees, while their hogs are finished on a diet rich in peanuts and brewers grains. The animals are groomed and massaged regularly, and all are humanely dispatched on the farm to avoid stress.
