Our Table Co-op

Our Table Cooperative is a multi-stakeholder cooperative that brings together workers on the farm, regional producers, and consumers to create a resilient and interdependent local food culture. The cooperative is guided by a Board of Directors representing each stakeholder group, promoting fair wages, democratic decision-making, and communal investment in food.

The farm employs a cooperative ownership structure that ensures fair wages and prices, and democratic decision-making. Workers on the farm manage all on-site operations, including planting fields, raising livestock, and processing and sales. Regional producers, who are independent farmers and food artisans from Oregon, meet Certified Local standards for producing ethical and delicious products.

The farm offers a variety of activities and services including a CSA program, U-pick flowers, a farm store, and events such as Friday Happy Hour and Saturday Brunch. Educational opportunities like farm camps, field trips, and tours are also available. The cooperative emphasizes building community through food, inviting customers to join in fostering a transparent and just food system.
