About the Farm
Background
Three generations have been living and working together on this family farm for 24 years, offering grass-fed beef, pork, and eggs to their neighbors. In 2018, they expanded their operations to include rental opportunities for weddings, parties, reunions, and other events.
Practices
The farm employs a strict no-chemical policy, avoiding chemical fertilizers, animal hormones, and pesticides in their production. They focus on raising salad bar beef, pastured pigs, and hens that produce eggs, along with growing garden vegetables. This approach nurtures and improves the land while providing nutritious and delicious food.
The Rest
Customers can order fresh beef and pork in bulk year-round or visit the farm for frozen goods, baked items, and other family-produced wares. The farm also offers garden produce when there is excess. It is available for weddings, parties, and other family events, with over 5,000 square feet of covered/indoor space on a 100-acre working farm. Visitors are welcome, and tours can be arranged in advance, though no Sunday calls or visits are allowed.
