Started as a family endeavor, the farm has grown to become known for its diverse range of livestock and commitment to traditional farming methods. Over the years, it has built a reputation for providing fresh and smoked meats directly from the farm and at local farm markets.

The farm employs sustainable old-fashioned farming methods, ensuring that all livestock are raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Animals are pasture-raised, which not only promotes their well-being but also supports the health of the land. This approach reflects a deep respect for both animal welfare and ecological balance.

In addition to direct sales, the farm offers a Meat CSA, allowing customers to receive regular shares of fresh and smoked meats. The variety of animals raised includes not only cattle and pigs but also goats, waterfowl, turkeys, rabbits, guinea hens, geese, squab, and chickens.
