Practices
Employing regenerative organic low-till practices, the farm focuses on maintaining soil health and biodiversity. These methods help to minimize soil disturbance, promote beneficial soil organisms, and enhance the overall resilience of the farming ecosystem. The farm operates a 1600 square foot heated greenhouse, which allows for the cultivation of tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers during the summer, and fresh salad greens throughout the winter.
