Located in Mt Airy, NC, Mill River Farm is approximately 30 miles north of Winston-Salem and 15 miles south of the Virginia border. Known for its chemical-free, grass-fed beef, pastured pork, pastured chicken, and all-natural produce, the farm has become a local staple for those seeking antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and eco-friendly alternatives. The farm stand is open each Wednesday afternoon for customers to shop or pick up CSA shares.
Practices
