About the Farm

Background

Located just 25 minutes east of Bryan/College Station, this small family operation is dedicated to growing and marketing high-quality beef. Known for their Brangus/Hereford cross cattle, they have built a reputation for producing tender, lean, and flavorful beef.

Practices

The farm's cattle graze on naturally grown Native and Coastal grasses during the summer, and Clover, Elbon Rye, and Oat grasses in the winter. They strictly avoid the use of growth hormones, antibiotics, and grains. Calves are processed at natural weaning to ensure smaller, tender cuts of beef.

The Rest

Beef is sold by hanging weight, and potential customers can inquire about availability or reservations via phone or Facebook. The farm is committed to providing detailed answers to any questions.
