Located just 25 minutes east of Bryan/College Station, this small family operation is dedicated to growing and marketing high-quality beef. Known for their Brangus/Hereford cross cattle, they have built a reputation for producing tender, lean, and flavorful beef.
Practices
The farm's cattle graze on naturally grown Native and Coastal grasses during the summer, and Clover, Elbon Rye, and Oat grasses in the winter. They strictly avoid the use of growth hormones, antibiotics, and grains. Calves are processed at natural weaning to ensure smaller, tender cuts of beef.
