Background
Fourth and fifth generation ranchers manage a herd of roughly 200 cattle, continuing a long-standing family tradition.
Practices
Cattle graze on thousands of acres of national forest pastures during the summer and are fed alfalfa hay harvested from the ranch's own meadows in the winter. Humane treatment is ensured as all animals are born, raised, and slaughtered on the ranch.
