Since 1928, this third-generation family farm has cultivated the land, producing some of the most flavorful fruits and vegetables on the North Shore. Over the decades, the farm has become a beloved destination, known for its vibrant greenhouse offerings and seasonal events. The farm stand opens in late May or early June, providing a wide selection of fresh produce, bakery items, and specialty foods. As autumn approaches, the farm transforms into a festive hub with its renowned Corn Maze, attracting families and adventurers from across New England. The holiday season brings 'Christmas on The Hill,' turning the farm into a winter wonderland.
Practices
The farm prides itself on growing high-quality fresh produce, utilizing methods that have been refined over three generations. The emphasis is on producing the best quality fruits and vegetables, ensuring that each item is flavorful and fresh. The farm's greenhouse, which opens in May, is filled with a diverse array of annuals, herbs, vegetables, perennials, and hanging plants, showcasing the farm's commitment to variety and excellence.
The Rest
The farm stand operates daily from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, from May 1 to October 31. Visitors can enjoy a range of activities, including a Strawberry Festival, corn maze, park, school tours, family events, and interactions with farm animals. The farm also offers a CSA program and hosts various seasonal events such as Doggy Maze Daze, Maze Wine Tasting, Trick or Treat Hayrides, Hallow-Marini Party, and wreath decorating workshops. The farm accepts SNAP & HIP benefits, making it accessible to a broader community.
