The farm has a long-standing tradition of raising heritage breed turkeys such as Blue Slates and Royal Palms, as well as heritage breed chickens like Welsummers and Brahmas. Over the years, it has become known for its diverse collection of over 30 species of ornamental waterfowl and several species of pheasants.

The farm focuses on breeding and raising heritage breeds, ensuring that turkeys sold for breeding are paired and sold at 6-7 months of age. They offer farm-fresh eggs year-round and hatch chicks based on pre-orders. The farm's approach includes selling live turkeys and chickens when available, and providing turkey eggs for hatching or turkey poults in the spring.

Orders for farm-fresh eggs are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the option for egg pickups during the week. The farm occasionally has grown birds or babies available based on their own availability.
