Jason and Dee, former skydiving instructors with a passion for healthy living, returned to Florida and helped Jason's mother, Dr. Jan Young, establish one of the first Tower Garden farms in the world in Eustis, Florida. The farm utilized rainwater collection and solar energy to minimize its ecological footprint, growing over 5000 plants in a 2,200 square foot greenhouse. The farm expanded rapidly, becoming the first approved seedling provider for the Tower Garden Company and shipping seedlings across the lower 48 states. In 2018, Jason and his family moved to the Lower Keys to open a second farm, addressing the local community's need for fresh produce. By 2019, Living Towers Florida Keys was operational, and in 2021, it moved to a larger location on Cudjoe Key.

Living Towers employs Tower Garden technology, which allows for vertical farming and efficient use of space. The farm integrates rainwater collection and solar energy to reduce its environmental impact. These practices ensure a minimal ecological footprint while producing nutrient-dense food. The use of Tower Gardens also facilitates year-round growing, maximizing productivity and sustainability.

Living Towers Florida Keys offers workshops to educate the community on growing their own produce using Tower Garden technology. The farm provides over 100 different seedling varieties and fresh produce to the local community. Seedlings can be ordered online and shipped from the Florida Keys, ensuring accessibility to quality plants for Tower Garden enthusiasts across the country.
