Life Farms, LLC

Established in 2013, the farm began with the planting of its first crops in the spring and launched its first CSA season in the fall of the same year. Over the years, it has grown into a flourishing operation, partnering with other local farms to offer a variety of products including pasture-raised chicken, eggs, mushrooms, baked and canned goods, and grass-fed/grass-finished beef. The farm serves several local restaurants in the Tampa Bay area and participates in two green markets in Pinellas County.

From its inception, the farm has adhered to organic farming methods, eschewing synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Over time, these practices have evolved to include regenerative agricultural techniques such as no-till farming, cover cropping, vermiculture, and holistic soil health management. The farm is committed to providing the highest quality produce through these holistic, regenerative practices and is on the path to becoming a USDA Certified Organic Farm.

Located in the heart of urban Pinellas County, the farm aims to supply the community with nutrient-dense, organic produce. It has a strong CSA community and loyal customers who appreciate the fresh, local food. The farm also emphasizes education, providing customers with information on nutrient-dense food and farming practices. The farm's mission is to offer nutrient-dense food, loving service, and educational information.
