About the Farm
Background
Founded by John Czajkowski and carried on by his descendants, the farm originally grew tobacco, potatoes, and cucumbers. Over time, Joe Czajkowski has specialized in both organic and conventional fruit and vegetables, servicing schools, universities, farms, and grocers.
Practices
Joe Czajkowski adds value to his produce by selling peeled and chopped butternut squash and carrot sticks. He also sells products grown on his own and other local farms, providing a model for successfully selling and distributing farm products to institutions.

In addition to working with larger institutions, Joe offers pick-your-own strawberries and other produce directly to customers at his farm.
