About the Farm
Background
Kokovoko is known for raising Lincoln Longwool sheep for meat and fiber, and it boasts the largest herd of Swedish Gotland Ponies in North America. The farm also offers locally produced handspinning tools and provides instruction for beginners.
Practices
All animals are raised on pasture with minimal human intervention. The farm also features free range chickens for meat and eggs, as well as heritage breed turkeys for meat and poults.
The Rest
Kokovoko offers unique colored sheepskins, and welcomes inquiries regarding internships. Visitors can arrange farm visits or get more details about their lambs, spinning products, or ponies by calling.
