Knapp Creek Farm

Once a family living in a major metropolitan area, they felt a pull towards a different life and made a complete transition to organic vegetable farming. They have been dedicated to this new path ever since.

The farm prides itself on being good stewards of the land, connecting people to their food, and engaging members in the farm experience. They offer pastured pork, pastured lamb, and maple syrup shares to their CSA members.

Located in a lush valley outside of Westby, WI, they provide CSA deliveries to Viroqua, Westby, and La Crosse. Their produce is also available at the Viroqua Farmers Market and the Viroqua Food Coop. They offer convenient CSA delivery straight to customers' doors, along with simple recipes and food preparation ideas in their weekly newsletters. On-farm pickup or drop site locations are also available.
