KMG Farms

Located in western Perry County, this small farm has carved out a niche by focusing on heritage breed pork, particularly Large Black Pigs known for their red, micro-marbled meat. Over the years, they have expanded their offerings to include cattle, sheep, goats, chickens, and a variety of vegetables.

All animals are raised on pasture without the use of steroids, hormones, or antibiotics. The farm emphasizes natural methods, ensuring that their livestock and produce are free from chemicals. Vegetables are grown from non-GMO seeds, maintaining a commitment to chemical-free farming.

The farm offers pigs for purchase by the whole, half, or retail cuts, with the whole hog being the most economical option. They also plan to raise turkeys for Thanksgiving and have a supply of meat based on current availability.
