Kilcoyne Farms

Kilcoyne Farms began as a third-generation farmstead in Brasher Falls, New York. Retail sales started in June 2005 with a limited number of accounts. The farm later relocated to the Hudson Valley and expanded its operations to service many restaurants and institutions across the Adirondacks, Catskills, Hudson Valley, and the Green Mountains of Vermont.

The farm meticulously plans the genetics of each animal to ensure superior flavor and texture. All cattle are sourced and processed within New York State and are raised without hormones or antibiotics. The farm maintains direct relationships with sellers to ensure transparency and quality from farm to customer.

Kilcoyne Farms delivers its products directly to customers' doorsteps using modern climate-controlled delivery trucks, ensuring the highest quality from the facility to the consumer.
