Keen Green Microgreens

Keen Green Microgreens operates in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and is known for producing some of the finest microgreens available. The microgreens are grown in a mobile greenhouse, a retrofitted box trailer with clear sides and a roof to maximize sunlight exposure. The greenhouse uses organic soil, solar-powered fans, and shade cloth to control the temperature, ensuring optimal growing conditions. This setup allows the farm to bring fresh microgreens directly to farmer's markets.

The microgreens are harvested by customers in their own kitchens, ensuring maximum freshness and nutrition. Aubrey Hanford also provides consultation services and is a founder of Hydro2Table, a nonprofit dedicated to installing hydroponic systems in community gardens.
