About the Farm
Background
Katydid Ranch, situated on 40 acres near Eau Claire, WI, began its vegetable CSA in 2012. Over the years, it has become known for providing a variety of seasonally available vegetables and herbs to its members.
Practices
The farm adheres to Certified Organic standards, ensuring that all produce is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Heritage breed chickens are raised on the farm, providing fresh eggs and meat, with the meat available frozen and vacuum packed from July through January.

CSA members are encouraged to visit the farm and participate in a work share program if their schedule permits, fostering a deeper connection with the land and the farming process.
