Kallstrom Sweet Corn

The farm has been in the family for over 40 years, with the sweet corn operation running for over 12 years. Mark Kallstrom and his wife Elaine currently manage the farm, supported by friends and family. The farm is known for its high-quality sweet corn and has built strong relationships with its customers over the years.

The farm tests over 90 varieties of non-GMO sweet corn seed each year to select the sweetest and best-textured varieties. They plant these seeds each spring and care for the crops meticulously until harvest. The corn is picked fresh daily and sold immediately to ensure farm-to-table quality. The family honors the Sabbath by not engaging in labor or commerce on Saturdays.

The farm's mission is to provide the freshest and sweetest non-GMO corn, aiming to create a fantastic corn-eating experience that brings people together. They operate roadside stands and wholesale routes throughout the week, and their stand hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00-6:00, closed on Saturday for Shabbat, and open at select markets on Sunday.
