Jones Farm, Home of RTP Farm Fresh Subscription Program

Located in Snow Hill, North Carolina, the Jones Farm has been in operation for over a century, originally cultivating traditional crops like corn, wheat, cotton, soybeans, and tobacco. Over the last decade, the farm has shifted focus to meet the growing demand for fresh vegetables and fruits.

The farm employs sustainable growing methods such as integrated pest management and natural soil fertility building through cover crops and compost. They are also in the process of transitioning their land to organic certification.

The farm sells its produce at local farmer's markets and runs a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program from April to October, offering a variety of freshly harvested, in-season produce and herbs. They provide different share sizes and offer home delivery in selected areas for an additional fee.
