Jacob Springs Farm

Located just minutes from Boulder, Jacob Springs has established itself as a local farm offering a variety of grass-fed proteins and seasonal produce. The farm collaborates with Zambeezi to support small-scale farmers in Zambia, Africa, enhancing their productivity and sustainability.

Jacob Springs employs regenerative grazing techniques, focusing on the health of the soil and the ecosystem. Their farming methods include raising grass-fed beef, lamb, pork, chicken, rabbit, and duck, as well as producing grass-based milk from cows. The farm grows a variety of fruits and vegetables, such as apples, beets, garlic, leeks, and greens, following beyond organic principles.
